Our story
Our Founding Story
Fortworx started with a problem we repeatedly faced in our previous SaaS companies: security-related communication arrived through every possible channel. Vulnerability reports, customer security questionnaires, compliance requests, abuse reports, and legal inquiries showed up in support inboxes, general contact emails, legal@, security@, and everywhere in between — unstructured, high-stakes, and easy to mishandle.
Important issues were buried in email threads, decisions lacked a clear audit trail, and responses varied depending on who replied. At the same time, security questionnaires created a growing internal burden, with teams repeatedly answering the same questions in slightly different ways — increasing inconsistency, inefficiency, and risk.
We built Fortworx to change that. Our goal was to turn inbound security communication into auditable, actionable outcomes — standardizing how companies receive, triage, and respond to security matters, reducing internal workload, and protecting organizations from future disputes or litigation.

Kash Sajadi
Founder and CEO
Kash is serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the infrastructure industry. He previously served as VP at Lehman Brothers and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and as the CEO of Cloud 66.
Sophia Lin
Board Member
Sophia Lin is an infrastructure security leader with experience in securing enterprise and cloud platforms. She previously worked at Nortel and Cisco, and currently serves on the board of other cyber security companies.
Jake Lund
Board Member
Jake Lund is a veteran infrastructure leader with 25+ years of experience scaling mission-critical systems across North America. He previously worked at 3Com (now part of HP) and ACS.
